- 2 tablespoons melted salted butter
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon Erythritol
- 2 teaspoons coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
- Add the melted butter to a ramekin.
- Mix all the ingredients in a ramekin.
- Microwave for 1 minute.

Ingredients:
- 5 egg whites
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/5 cups Mascarpone cheese
- 6 shots Espresso
- 25 drops liquid sweetener
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
- Beat egg whites and slowly add in 1/2 of the cacao powder.
- Add 1/2 of the Mascarpone cheese and 1/2 of the liquid sweetener.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking pan or on a baking paper lined tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- While the base is cooling, blend the rest of the mascarpone cheese with the rest of the cacao powder and the rest of the liquid sweetener.
- Divide the cake base into 6 glass bowls and add one shot of espresso into each glass along with 5 drops of sweetener per bowl.
- Add topping to each glass and serve or refrigerate.
