Ingredients:
- 1 stick of softened butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup Erythritol
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
Directions:

- Combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs until smooth.
- Fold in the cacao nibs.
- Drop dough by tablespoon sizes onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
