Ingredients:
-        1 cup ground almonds
-        4 eggs
-        3 tablespoons olive oil
-        2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
-        1/2 cup blueberries
-        1/4 cup cacao nibs
-        2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Add the ground almonds, eggs, olive oil, and baking powder and whisk until starting to fluff.
  3. Carefully fold in the blueberries and cacao nibs.
  4. Add to a small, prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a medium cake pan.
  3. Combine all the dry ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and slowly add in the water while continuing to beat the eggs.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and liquid sweetener, slowly.
  6. Add in the dry ingredients.
  7. Add the batter to the cake pan and bake for 30 minutes.
