Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 egg
Filling:
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 pepperoni slices
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the spices with the shredded mozzarella cheese and melt in the microwave.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, and egg.
- Microwave the dough for 10 seconds.
- Form a rectangle out of the dough on a piece of parchment paper.
- Slice the sides of the dough to get straight edges with a pizza cutter.
